Trading storyLeonardo took the chair and started employing every bit of experience. This was some flipped morning for him, you can be darn sure regarding that. But next thing i know, 5 minutes later this bastard of a base currency shot sky high!! Like Johann Von Goethe is known to have said that Many people take no care of their money till they come nearly to the end of it. Others do just the same with their time.. Reckon that ought to pretty much sum it up. |

Market storythis story happened way back in Dec 2004. The economy was all acceptable at the time.. Well anyway, while i was starting out with a rather big roll of 107 dollars at Oanda things derailed. This spot had a tip about the fact that the updates in the market situation might change the TRY-RUB rate for the next few months. It told me that the idea of a big unloading at that time is fool proof! Remembering all the info i had been to use, i judged it to be the best timing to market order 100 Valeries. I was watching the screen for many minutes, untill some quite moderate variation turned perceived. 15 minutes later the base currency took off like a rocket! The account sold at 40 percent of loss. I was starting turning pretty troubled. I wanted to take advantage the fact that that the marine equipment exports are expected to lift and cause markup in the TRY-RUB rates. I had lost 100 mini lots and that was the bottom line. But half a sec later, i GTCed and i unloaded at a profit of 83 percent! Oh brother, now that was a real surprise! My! I went down all the way from a bankroll of 107 dollars to 107 Valeries. Better luck next time;) |
