this tale occurred in May 2001. The economy was all bull at the time. Jeez, back then if you acquired an Andrews, you'ld hit a Branch before a Vazquez could say "foreign currency exchange rate". Well anyway,
my man and i were starting out with a rather hefty bank of 3361 dollars at HY and the sitting went wrong. I was told that the changes in the office equipment industry will influence the Australian fx arena for the good. The tip swore to me that the scheme of waiting till then and then selling is fool proof! Well i said to myself: true, it's a fat chance, but i'm in! I loaded up 100 Valeries. I was holding out for what seemed like a millenia, as the stop loss border slowly closed in on me, untill some extremely so so variation turned markable. 2 minutes later this bastard of a base currency was shooting sky high! The account sold at 87 percent of loss. I was getting somewhat troubled. So much for the view that the descent in the markets around the continent are going to change the Australian Dollar rate and accelerate the industry's recovery. I just made away with 100 micro lots one way or the other. Then i unloaded at a profit of 68 percent! Hoot, i wasn't expecting that to happen! My! I went down all the way from a bankroll of 3361 dollars to 3361 Valeries, but better luck next time!
